NTRK1 and cancer: Significantly different genes found in sequencing analysis, including cancer driver genes such as RET/DDIT3/ITGB8/COL6A3/cxcl2, oncogenes such as fos, WNT family genes, immune dysregulation oncogenes such as SYK, innate immune response genes TLR3, and pan-cancer new target genes such as NRG1 gene fusion, IL2RB joint immunodeficiency-related genes, and NTRK1 tumor driver genes, etc. Among them, NEURL1, DDIT3,VIM,TEX19,PRSS22,CNTNAP2 are the common differentially expressed genes caused by PD-L1 knockout and ZG16 overexpression.
