Notably, mAb-expanded adaptive NKG2C+CD57+ NK cells were highly functional in degranulation assays against tumor cell lines of different hystotypes, i.e. against K562, a classic NK cell susceptible HLA-I negative target, Lovo (HLA-I-), but also against HLA-I+ tumor cells as NALM-16 and HT-29 (Figure 4C IL-2+mAb and 4D IL-15+mAb).
