NFKB1 and migraine disorder: Ubiquitinating enzymes (e.g., MEKK1, Smurf1, ITCH, and TRIM45) and deubiquitinating enzymes (e.g., USP15, A20, and CYLD) may be involved in the occurrence and chronicity of migraine by regulating the ubiquitination of MAPK, JNK, and NF-κB signaling pathways.
