Other antidiabetic drugs such as sulfonylureas, meglitinides, thiazolidinediones, and insulin can induce a multitude of cutaneous manifestations and adverse effects that can range from benign non-specific rash to severe life-threatening reactions such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) [4]. Here, INS is linked to Schwartz-Jampel syndrome.
