<h4>Background</h4>Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) have been implicated in cancer progression by enhancing cancer cell motility through the coiled-coil domain-containing protein 25 (CCDC25).<h4>Objective</h4>This study aimed to evaluate the prognostic value of CCDC25 expression in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC).<h4>Method</h4>Tissue specimens from patients who underwent radical esophagectomy for ESCC were analyzed to investigate the relationship between CCDC25 expression, clinicopathological features, and prognosis. This evidence concerns the gene CCDC25 and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
