Utilizing TCGA data, previous studies have explored the roles of pyroptosis-related genes in NPC classification and diagnosis, as well as hypoxia-related genes' impact on prognosis, immunotherapy, and cellular communication in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.18, 19 Building on this work, our study utilized public transcriptomic databases to focus on NLRP3, a core pyroptosis gene, and its associated genes, providing a detailed representation of pyroptosis-related genes. Here, NLRP3 is linked to head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
