In the enrichment results of SLC3A2, displayed in Fig 5C and 5D, it has been demonstrated that the cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction pathway is implicated in immune infiltration in ischemic stroke [70], as well as disulfidptosis-related biological processes in ankylosing spondylitis and inflammatory bowel disease [71]. Here, SLC3A2 is linked to inflammatory bowel disease.
