Specifically, high expression of BMP1 (OR=2.47, 95% CI, 1.69-3.62) and F9 (OR=2.02, 95% CI, 1.50-2.72) were found to increase the risk of BD, while high expression of ITIH3 (OR=0.84, 95% CI, 0.78-0.90) and SIGIRR (OR=0.91, 95% CI, 0.88-0.95) were associated with a decreased risk of BD. Here, BMP1 is linked to Behcet disease.
