Among them, 118 were enriched, while the other 15 autoantibodies (CAB39, CKAP2, DEPDC1B, DPP4, MRPL44, ORMDL2, PARP1, PARP11, PDPK1, POLD4, STRA13, TCP11L2, TIPARP, TMEM187, WSCD1) were decreased in the early LC group (Figure 2A), and the protein level heatmap of each decreased autoantibody was shown in Figure 2B.
