It demonstrated that 10 autoantibodies (CAB39, CKAP2, DEPDC1B, DPP4, MRPL44, PDPK1, POLD4, STRA13, TCP11L2, and WSCD1) were elevated as the consequences of resection of the tumor, however, PARP1 was somehow exhibited decreasing tendency in the postoperative period (Figure 7).
