The results illustrated that each of the 15 genes had favorable prognostic values, and 8 of them (CKAP2, DEPDC1B, MRPL44, ORMDL2, PARP1, POLD4, STRA13, and TCP11L2) were correlated with poorer survival rate, while the other 7 genes (CAB39, DPP4, PARP11, PDPK1, TIPRAP, TMEM187 and WSCD1) were protective factors in NSCLC (Supplementary Figure S6A). This evidence concerns the gene PARP1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
