Our analysis, using data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and quantitative reverse transcription PCR, explored the association between PGLYRP2 expression and levels of hepatic differentiation markers, including AFP, ALB, APOF, CPS1, DPP4, HNF4A, and TTR, in human normal tumor-adjacent liver tissues. The gene discussed is PGLYRP2; the disease is neoplasm.
