For AML patients, within the preestablished classification framework, those classified as myelodysplasia (MD)-related/-like or HOX-primitive/-mixed or biCEBPA/-like AML patients, or those with CBFB::MYH11 or RUNX1::RUNX1T1, had higher CMP scores, suggesting that the aberrancy mainly occurred at the CMP stage and affected the differentiation of monocytes, DCs, and erythrocytes (Figure 4E, Figure S4B). Here, RUNX1 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
