RUNX1 and Myelodysplasia: For AML patients, within the preestablished classification framework, those classified as myelodysplasia (MD)-related/-like or HOX-primitive/-mixed or biCEBPA/-like AML patients, or those with CBFB::MYH11 or RUNX1::RUNX1T1, had higher CMP scores, suggesting that the aberrancy mainly occurred at the CMP stage and affected the differentiation of monocytes, DCs, and erythrocytes (Figure 4E, Figure S4B).
