The results of Atsushi Yamada et al. showed that the changes of P53 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma are related to the abnormal expression of EZH2, and the high expression of EZH2 may promote the progression of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (Yamada et al., 2011). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
