An integrated bioinformatics analysis of EBV-associated cell lines, including nasopharyngeal carcinoma, EBV-associated gastric carcinoma, and oral squamous cell carcinoma, identified the TNF-α/NF-κB signaling pathway as common hallmarks in EBV-associated epithelial cancers, providing the critical molecular insights into the mechanisms driving EBV-related epithelial malignancies [13]. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is gastric carcinoma.
