Silencing of Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), a critical enzyme regulating glycolysis, in Eμ-Myc-GAPDHhigh cells isolated from mouse primary B lymphomas (used as a model of aggressive non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphomas) led to a metabolic switch towards glutamine and OxPhos metabolism. Here, GAPDH is linked to B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
