Recently, nomograms using PSMA-PET in combination with Prostate Cancer Molecular Imaging Standardized Evaluation (PROMISE) criteria have demonstrated accurate risk stratification for high- and low-risk groups for overall survival in early and late stages of PCa, with equal or superior prediction accuracy than the models proposed by either EAU, the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), or the International Staging Collaboration for Cancer of the Prostate (STARCAP) [15].
