This similarity is explained by the increased content of several proteins, such as ALCAM, APOA1BP, BTD, CD109, FAH, FDPS, FSCN1, LTA4H, PSAT1, RNPEP, TKT and TXNDC17 in HCT116 cells as compared to other CRC cell lines, such as Caco-2 and HT29 (Figures S4 and S5).
