These findings suggest that the serum A1AG1 level may serve as a predictive response to platinum-based doublet chemotherapy, notably for either carboplatin plus paclitaxel or cisplatin plus gemcitabine regimens; however, its applicability as a blood-based biomarker is dependent on the histological subtype of NSCLC.
