ATG16L1 and cancer: uc003tbj.2 (Alias: GARS1-DT, a lncRNA) was also linked to six mRNAs (ITGA2, ADH1B, ZNF300, RDH11, ISY1, and ATG16L1) and abundant in 19 signaling pathways, such as platelet activation, pathways in cancer, proteoglycans in cancer, focal adhesion, phagosome, human papillomavirus infection, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, dilated cardiomyopathy, regulation of actin cytoskeleton, and metabolic pathways.
