This study demonstrated that the combination of vitamin A, vitamin D, and sunflower lecithin alleviates scopolamine-induced cognitive impairment through the regulation of key signaling pathways, such as the PI3K-AKT and cholinergic pathways, and by modulating neurotransmitter levels (dopamine and serotonin) and synaptic plasticity. Here, PIK3CA is linked to Cognitive impairment.
