Conversely, treatment with anti-TIGIT alone (with a response rate of 40%, and a survival rate of 70%) or anti-TIGIT in combination with anti-PD-1 plus anti-CTLA-4 (with a response rate of 50%, and a survival rate of 50%) or anti-TIGIT in combination with cis/pem chemotherapy (with a response rate of 40%, and a survival rate of 50%) failed to elicit synergistic effects that could further enhance their anti-tumour potency (Fig. 3b).
