The recent phase II CITYSCAPE-02 trial showed that the combination of Tiragolumab (anti-TIGIT antibody) and atezolizumab (anti-PD-L1 antibody) significantly improved the objective response rate (ORR) and progression-free survival (PFS) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients compared to a placebo [21, 22].
