Consequently, a subsequent investigation examined the expression patterns of NUAK2 in tissues through the development of a new NUAK2-specific monoclonal antibody, which was employed to distinguish NUAK2 expression profiles in normal skin and in 155 cases of various skin tumors including extramammary Paget’s disease (EMPD), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), Bowen’s disease (BD), actinic keratosis (AK), basal cell carcinoma (BCC), and angiosarcoma (AS).
