Interestingly, the PKC inhibitor GO alone significantly enhanced the Emax of calcium mobilization induced by P2Y1R agonist MRS2365 (P < 0.05, One-Way ANOVA) but not by the A2BAR agonist NECA (Fig. 8E,F), which suggests that PKC could act as an endogenous suppressor of P2Y1R-calcium signaling in T24 bladder cancer cells.
