CBX4 and Huntington disease: Finally, temporal transcriptomic data generated on striatal tissue of HD knockin (KI) mice, including Q140 and Q175 lines10, and proteomic data generated on the striatum of the HD-R6/2 line both showed age-dependent increase of Cbx4 and Cbx8 and reduction of Cbx6 and Cbx7 in HD mice, suggesting progressive PRC1-CBX paralog switch (Fig. 4e and Supplementary Fig. 4e).
