Notably, despite the established role of TRAF3 as an inhibitor of the NF-κB pathway in glioma, restoration of the alternative NF-κB pathway by expression of MAP3K14 did not rescue the effect of TRAF3 overexpression on the oxidation capacity of GBM cells (Supplemental Figure 7, D–G).
