Among adults with diabetes, as the levels of hs-cTnT (0.84 ng/L to 417.1 ng/L) increased, the overall prevalence of lower limb disease, lower limb PN, and lower limb PAD also increased (22.8% to 70.4%, 13.9% to 46.1%, 1.5% to 26.2%, respectively, P<0.0001). Here, TNNT2 is linked to peripheral arterial disease.
