PRR15 and neoplasm: Analysis of TCGA (The Cancer Genome Atlas) data in NSCLC revealed significantly elevated PRR15 levels in NSCLC [lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) + squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC)] tumor tissues compared to normal lung parenchyma (Fig. 1A), suggesting a potential role for PRR15 in NSCLC pathogenesis.
