Similar to our previous findings20, splenomegaly was found to be independent of IFN signaling with spleens from IFNAR−/−RelBDB/DB mice weighing more than spleens from WT and single IFNAR−/− mice on average by 2.1- and 1.9-fold, respectively (Fig. 4d).
