Previous reports related to sintilimab (anti-PD-1) include pruritus, vitiligo, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, BP, and so on.[3] There have been reports of BP induced by PD-1 and PD-L1 inhibitors, but it is very unusual for BP to present in a photodistribution. Here, PDCD1 is linked to Stevens-Johnson syndrome.
