In this cohort, high-risk ATA criteria encompassed macroscopic ETE (93.5%), distant metastasis (14.8%), metastatic lymph nodes with a maximum diameter ≥3 cm (13.9%), incomplete tumor resection (5.6%), FTC exhibiting more than 4 vascular invasions (2.8%), and postoperative serum thyroglobulin (Tg) levels suggestive of distant metastasis (1.9%).
