To further understand the underlying contribution of IFI30 in the immune microenvironment, we further constructed a pan-cancer single cell sequencing atlas based on existing public database resources covering BCC, BLCA, BRC, CESC, CHOL, CRC, SARC, UCEC, ESCA, GCTB, GBM, HNSC, KIRC, KICH, SKCM, UVM, KIPAN, LIHC, NSCLC, OS, OV, PAAD, STAD, PRAD and other malignancies (Figures 6A–X). This evidence concerns the gene IFI30 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
