To elucidate the role of PPARD in the regulation of the AKT signaling pathway, we constructed PPARD overexpression (PPARD-OE) plasmids and silence RNA (PPARD-si) plasmids to transfect MB-231 cells (Supplementary Fig. 2E, F), suggesting that PPARD-OE could accelerate the proliferation and mitochondria of cancer cells compared to the PPARD-si group (Fig. 5, A; Supplementary Fig. 2G, H). The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is cancer.
