tiRNAs are specifically cleaved in the anticodon loop of mature tRNAs.[46] They repress protein translation, functioning similarly to miRNAs.[47] Studies have shown that tiRNA‐5 can inhibit FZD3 and PIK3CD, regulating tumor progression.[48, 49] Additionally, tiRNA such as tiRNA‐Val‐CAC‐2 can interact with FUBP1 to promote pancreatic cancer metastasis.[50] tRF‐5 and tRF‐3 are derived from the 5′ and 3′ end of mature tRNA, respectively. Here, PIK3CD is linked to neoplasm.
