Interestingly, in mice treated with anti-TNFSF10, we observed a striking reduction in both PD1-expressing CD4+ T cells and PD1-expressing CD8+ T cells, confirming that neutralization of TNFSF10 effectively counteracts peripheral immune exhaustion in 3xTg-AD mice (Fig. 7). This evidence concerns the gene TNFSF10 and Alzheimer disease.
