Choroiditis is the most common cause of macular edema in patients with OTB, but it should also be considered in the differential diagnosis of retinal vasculitis and aneurysmal dilatations of retinal arteries.[14,15] In the present case, the patient had developed BRVO most probably due to OTB-related occlusive vasculitis, and she was treated successfully with a multidisciplinary approach including ATT, immunosuppressants, and intravitreal anti-VEGF injections. Here, VEGFA is linked to choroiditis.
