Interestingly, niclosamide, piroctone olamine and pyrvinium pamoate inhibit the Wnt/β-catenin pathway and were recently shown to inhibit TBX2 and TBX3 levels and to exert anti-cancer activity in TBX2/3-driven melanoma and rhabdomyosarcoma [59,77–83].
