Database analysis or clinical tissue verification have shown that MNX1 is upregulated in multiple human cancers, such as breast cancer and LUAD, and increased expression of MNX1 is associated with poor prognosis.[30, 31, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37] Here, we demonstrated that the expression of MNX1 was also elevated in ESCC. This evidence concerns the gene MNX1 and breast carcinoma.
