FANCD2 (OR 2.12, 95% CI, 1.21–3.03, PFDR = 4.89 × 10−2) and VHL (OR 3.26, 95% CI, 1.34–5.18, PFDR = 4.89 × 10−2) were identified as risk factors for MM in DP (CD4+CD8+) %T cells, whereas POMC (OR 1.26, 95% CI, 1.05–1.47, PFDR = 4.25 × 10−2) was also found to be a risk factor for MM in CD25 on IgD- CD38br immune cells. Here, CD4 is linked to Miyoshi myopathy.
