p-mTOR levels were increased in the LG-H (p < 0.01 vs. AD), LG-H + 3-MA (p < 0.01 vs. AD), LG-M (p < 0.01 vs. AD), and LG-M + 3-MA (p < 0.05 vs. AD) groups compared with the disease group, and 4EBP1 expression showed an opposite trend. This evidence concerns the gene EIF4EBP1 and Alzheimer disease.
