As expected, ACT with EBVSTs treatment was effective in reducing tumor size of G9-depleted mice when compared to control vector cells (Fig. 7B) and showed that the depletion of G9 indeed increased the necrosis (RIPK1) and decreased autophagy (LC3B) by 3.1- and 1.32-fold, respectively (Fig. 7C).
