The findings revealed that four splicing factors, HNRNPDL, HNRNPH1, PPWD1 and SRSF4, were significantly upregulated in normal endometrial tissues, whereas 10 splicing factors, BUD31, NAA38, SNRPE, SNRPG, SNRPB, PPIH, HSPA5, SNRPF, SNRNP70 and LSM7, were highly expressed in endometrial cancer tissues. Here, HNRNPH1 is linked to endometrial cancer.
