Furthermore, NF‐1 administration can convert a “cold” tumor into a “hot” tumor by increasing the infiltration level of CD8+ T cells, mDCs, NK cells, M1 macrophages, and memory T cells and reducing the activation rate of MDSCs and Tregs, thus enabling immunotherapy in BRCA and enhancing the ICB efficacy in COAD.
