Among the biomarkers of interest, neurotensin (NT) receptors and Gastrin Releasing Peptide (GRP) receptor, were found to be differentially overexpressed in a panel of cancers.[3, 4] In breast cancer NTS1 is overexpressed in about one third of primary breast cancers and in 73 % of associated metastatic lymph nodes from NTS1‐positive primaries.[5] Regarding phenotypes, triple negative (ER‐, PR‐, HER2‐) tumors, express high amounts of NTS1. The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is breast cancer.
