Here, we present a case of a patient who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) due to acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and developed from donor cells triple-negative (TN) myeloproliferative neoplasms with mutations in the ASXL1, SETBP1 and EZH2 genes. The gene discussed is SETBP1; the disease is myeloproliferative disorder.
