To better examine the phenotype characteristics of decreased proliferation and survival in C2 NK cells in B-ALL patients, we further explored the expression of cytokines (KLF2, TXNIP, S100A4) and membrane proteins (CD3E, CXCR4) among the top 10 upregulated signature genes in C2-NK cells (Figure 3A). This evidence concerns the gene TXNIP and precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
