F10 and intracranial hemorrhage: In our present review both identified trials provided no direct evidence that PCC was superior or inferior to other reversal strategies on any patient-relevant outcome, but the trial of Andexanet Alfa in Acute Intracranial Hemorrhage in Patients Receiving an Oral Factor Xa Inhibitor (ANNEXA-I) did report borderline evidence of a higher incidence of thromboembolic events among those allocated andexanet alfa (versus usual care).
