Employing cutting-edge technology, we identified the presence of LINC01296 in clinical tissue samples and observed its expression to be limited in normal tissues, yet significantly elevated in various cancer types, including HCC [17], NB [23], CMM [27], CRC [38], ESCC [57], etc., which makes LINC01296 a reliable biomarker for cancer diagnosis. This evidence concerns the gene DUXAP9 and colorectal carcinoma.
