Results of this analysis further validated the outcomes of GC cell lines expression analysis, i.e., significant (p-value < 0.05) overexpression of MAP3K1, MAP3K4, MAP3K5, MAP3K6, MAP3K7, MAP3K8, MAP3K9, and MAP3K10 genes and significant (p-value < 0.05) down-regulation of MAP3K2 and MAP3K3 in GC samples as compared to the normal controls (Fig. 2). The gene discussed is MAP3K2; the disease is gastric cancer.
