We found that increased levels of tumour-infiltrating T cell subsets, specifically CD8+PD-1+, CD8+PD-1+TIM-3−, and CD8+LAG-3−PD-1+TIM-3− T cells, were significantly correlated with improved OS (P = 0.032, 0.032, and 0.023 respectively). Here, CD8A is linked to neoplasm.
