With the exception of cancers without corresponding normal tissues (MESO and UVM), our analysis indicated that RAC1 significantly upregulated in 27 cancers, including ACC, BLCA, BRCA, CESC, CHOL, COAD, DLBC, ESCA, GBM, HNSC, KIRC, KIRP, LGG, LIHC, LUAD, LUSC, OV, PAAD, PRAD, READ, SKCM, STAD, TGCT, THCA, THYM, UCEC, and UCS (Fig. 1a). The gene discussed is RAC1; the disease is cancer.
