We induced systemic inflammatory acute pancreatitis (AP) using L-arginine (L-ARG)34, 35 and cholestatic AP using Sodium Taurocholate36, 37 Histopathological examination revealed significant inflammation, including edema, hemorrhage, and necrosis, while Ki-67 positivity remained unchanged, consistent with CKS1B staining (Supplementary Fig. 2C). This evidence concerns the gene CKS1B and acute pancreatitis.
